Waders included whimbrels, green sandpipers, greenshanks and bar-tailed godwits as well as the more predictable avocets and black-tailed godwits, while Mediterranean gulls reached a new high of 14. A small tortoiseshell butterfly was spotted at the car park yesterday and I saw a large bumblebee (a queen I'm guessing) buzzing around on Wednesday. Find out more.
